What is our return policy?

We are committed to providing excellent customer service and prompt resolution with your issues and address the situation within 24 hours. Please be aware that we are not responsible if you drop or mishandle your case and it breaks. Our cases are made to withstand the light occasional drop, there is no guarantee that your phone is fully protected. However, if you are unsatisfied with your case and it is in an unused perfect condition, we will guarantee your money back.



Exchanges Items can be exchanged in an unused shape for another design within 14 days of delivery or returned for a refund. All exchange shipping costs are at the buyer's expense. Exchanges can only be made for items of equal or lesser value.There will be a fee of $3 AUD to pay for any shipping costs when sending the correct case to the customer. At the moment, we only accept exchanges within Australia.



Returns Items can be returned in an unused, perfect condition for another design within 14 days of delivery. All return shipping costs are at the buyer's expense. Once we receive the item you would like returned, we will refund your order in the original form of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable and we do not accept returns on custom orders.

Which payment methods do we accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, debit cards with a Visa or MasterCard, and PayPal.

When will I receive my item?

As our items are produced on demand, they are printed and posted within 3 business days of receiving your order. Our clothing range is printed in either the United States or in Europe depending on your location, all other items are printed in the United Kingdom.  Even though we want you to have your item as soon as possible, we are reliant on international shipping companies that don't share our sense of urgency so please allow up to 20 business days for delivery of your item.

Help, I accidentally ordered the wrong case

If you ordered the wrong case and have not received a shipping confirmation yet, please contact us immediately so that we can change your order before we ship it out. If you ordered the wrong case and it has already been delivered, please contact us as soon as possible.

You can either fill out our contact form on our website or email us directly at warren@crawfordgifts.com. We'll always reply within 48 hours Monday - Friday.

Can we make cases for other types of phones?

At the moment, we make cases for iPhone from 4 onward  in all variants as well as Galaxy from S3 onward and note.

If your phone isn't listed send us a message as often we can accomodate different models.
